Vitality Extracts does not exchange products, just simply return your item(s) for store credit and then you can order your replacement. Simply send us an email letting us know what you wish to return and we will help you with the process. You can also call our Customer Service Representatives at (888) 895-4361 then dial 2 once prompted with our voicemail system. They’re available Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm(PST).
If you have received an incorrect product, contact Customer Service. They’ll help connect you with the right products.
You may ONLY return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in its original packaging. The store credit you receive will be for the value paid at the time of purchase.
